Deposit, payments, reschedules, and cancellations

Deposits must be paid in order to book.

Deposits are $75 for private parties, and $150 for neighborhood, corporate, public, and high volume events. Deposits are for each artist and secure that specific day and time.

Private parties can be rescheduled for a $50 fee if rescheduling two weeks out. Parties rescheduling two weeks to 72 hours require a new deposit to book. Parties cancelled within 48 hours must pay 50% of the remaining balance.

Private parties are considered birthday parties at homes, parks, and playgrounds. Private parties generally have less than 50 kids and require your artist to paint anywhere from 10-15 kids an hour. We ask clients to plan for 10 kids an hour for private parties. Private party artists arrive 15 mins early to park, load in, and set up.

High volume events are events with over 50 guests that may require earlier load in times, higher volume guest counts, and faster painting to reduce line wait times. High volume rates are higher because artists are expected to paint more people per hour. We ask guests to plan for 25 guests services per hour when planning.

Most services are completed in 2-5 minutes. Each individual artist brings their own choice board for guests to choose from. We can accommodate both boys and girls.
